The Thermacut EX-TRAFIRE 45HD three-phase plasma cutter is a compact industrial system for manual or mechanised cutting, grid cutting, gouging and marking. Its 400/415V supply delivers a 10–45A output range with an 80% duty cycle at full output and continuous operation at 40A.
The EX-TRAFIRE platform uses compressed air or nitrogen for cutting conductive metals, with argon available for marking. A built-in CNC interface and 50:1 voltage divider support automated applications, while the FHT-EX torch platform and Torch Connection System simplify setup and servicing.
