Build a compatible gas welding or cutting setup
Begin with the gas or gas combination and the task—welding, heating, brazing or cutting. Regulators and fittings must be suitable for the gas service and cylinder connection, while hoses, arrestors and torch components must match the equipment connections and required working range.
Do not select gas equipment by appearance alone. Check the product specification and follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions. If you are replacing an existing component, record all markings and connection details before ordering.
