The Thermacut EX-TRAFIRE 45HD is a compact single-phase plasma cutting system for professional hand or mechanised cutting, grid cutting, gouging and marking. Its dual-voltage input delivers 10–25A on 110/120V and 10–45A on 230V, making it suitable for site and workshop supplies.
The system uses compressed air or nitrogen for cutting electrically conductive metals, with argon supported for marking. A built-in CNC interface and 50:1 voltage divider support mechanised applications, while the Thermacut Torch Connection System simplifies torch changes. At 230V, the machine provides a 50% duty cycle at 45A and 100% at 32A.
